6.4. Single Object Description:
The monument stands on a square concrete mosaic plated platform, and each side displays two steps. Over it, the monument rises, plated with red granite with five retreating steps, the first three are lower and have the same size, while the other two are higher. Over this pedestal, there’s a bronze statue of a soldier, holding his gun in his right hand and in his left hand, the flag carrying royal insignia as a sign of victory.

The horizontal sections of the monument are square, of varying sizes and aligned on the same vertical axis
6.4.2. Facades:
On the monument’s main façade, facing the street, two inscribed commemorative plaques are displayed; one white marble plaque is placed on the monument’s third lower stepand a black marble plaque is placed one step higher. Under the bronze soldier statue and above the monument’s five steps, facing the street, a flag holder is in place. Next to the monument there’s a flag holder carrying the national flag. The other three facades of the monument are identical and bear no specific markings.

On the white marble plaque found on the third lower step of the monument: “The Heroes of Fundenii Doamnei who died on the field of honor for the nation’s unification 1939-1945” and the heroes are listed, On the black marble plaque found on the fourth step of the monument: “The Fundenii Doamnei Colentina Heroes who died on the field of honor for our nation’s unification” and the heroes are listed and then “Made in 1956 in May through the subscription of the entire village. By the initiative and effort of Dumitru Giulescu, parish priest”. In the higher right corner the date “2-nd of June 2011” is inscribed.
