The monument is placed within the "Assumption of the Virgin Mary" on St. Maria Street on a three step rectangular section pedestal, finished with cast mosaic. On this pedestal, a rectangular section prism, finished with cast mosaic, is rising. The lateral right hand side (the East) of the prism is decorated with the symbols of the sword and laurel wreath.
On this prism a stone rectangular section column is placed, ending in a profiled capital, over which a bronze eagle stands, with wings outstretched. In the upper area, the column is crowned by a capital like cornice, and on the left hand side (the West), a marble plaque stands:
"In memory of the 1916-1918 Ciolpani village, Ţigăneşti commune war heroes…" and the heroes’ names are listed.
In the upper side, the plaque is flanked by two marble angels. Above the plaque, along the length of the capital, a baroque heraldic medallion is placed. On its right hand side (Eastward) a marble plaque is placed, on it the "Honor and gratitude" poem by Lidia Constantinescu is written, dedicated to the heroes.
