She is placed on truncated pyramid pedestal stretched out in the lower area. This pedestal has a straight square base prism as a base, and is flanked by other prisms on the two opposite sides, making uphill slopes towards the pedestal on which they are placed. On the North East side there is a statue group and on the South West side there’s military equipment.

The pedestal is a straight prism ensemble, the central one has a square base and is flanked from the North East and South West by rectangle based uphill sloped prisms facing the central prism. The ensemble is placed on a series of five steps. The truncated pyramid, forming the pedestal, also has a square base.

The North West side - is parallel to the Bucureşti - Urziceni Road (DN2).
On this side of the truncated pyramid it is written: "IN MEMORY OF THE AFUMATI COMMUNE HEROES WHO SACRIFICED THEIR LIVES FOR THE NATION’S UNION 1916-1919"
On the right side prism the author’s name is engraved: I. IORDĂCHESCU SCULPTOR on the third row most probably the name of the workshop was written.
The North East side - on the uphill slope of the base prism there’s a four soldiers’ statue group in a battle scene. The left arm of the soldier placed in the front of the monument indicates the text engraved on the North West side."
The South East side - above the prism base, continuing the North East battle scene, there is an eagle, wings outstretched, preparing to take flight. Behind the eagle there appears to have been a torsade little column, difficult to establish due to the stone’s degradation. On the base prism it’s written: "THIS MONUMENT IS BUILT IN 1932 BY THE INITIATIVE OF THE FOLLOWING COMMITTEE:" followed by a list of 23 names hard to discern due to degradation.
The South West side - on the prism base there is military equipment and weapons: grenades, a sword, a bayonet, all placed on a battle flag.
